Showing address lists in order

Is it possible to show a Contacts folder that's not in my Mailbox when I set
up Outlook to "Show this address book first" and when sending email "check
names in this order".

I want to have Contacts in a Personal Folder.

Outlook 2002 XP
No server software

Yes. YOu can change those lists with Tools | Address Book, TOols | Options.
