| Ok, well I tried the registry fix at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm line 30 as suggested to fix the "show windows
while dragging" problem and it didn't correct the problem. Still, when I reboot the checkmark disappears and I have to re-check it.
If anybody can help here I'd be grateful.
Have you disabled "Dell Media Experience" yet?
(You have still not responded to the post in which I suggested that you do the above.)
|Also, something odd happened after I applied the registry fix. When I right-click on my desktop and click on properties, it takes a
few seconds (and I get the hourglass) for the window to open, whereas, before the fix, it opened instanteously. Hoping the fix
didn't cause another problem?
