Is there a simple way to make a show smaller so to email? Or is there a way
to upload it and send the link? WLM.
TIA

This is usually caused by the inefficient way in which pictures are stored
in PowerPoint (and Word, Excel etc). However, there is a 'compress pictures'
tool on the picture toolbar which should sort the problem for you. It
usually reduces my files by an amazing amount and solves the email
attachment size problem. Hope this helps.

Glad it worked. Out of interest, what were the before and after file sizes?

Something like 89mb and 6.2mb.
Only problem now is all the pics were 4.3 and on my wide monitor they look
stretched.
Sent it off anyway and the recipient aint complained.

Thanks - a pretty good reduction!

I've not known the compression tool alter an aspect ratio before, but
perhaps this isn't what you mean?

For large files of any type I use yousendit.com. URL
https://www.yousendit.com/ You must sign in but it's free up to about 50mb
size. If you join and pay you can send up to 2GB. If I have one large file
I open yousendit, sign in and simply navigate to the file and select it.
Then I type the email address I want it sent to and type a short note to let
that person know it's OK to download it because it's from me. Then the file
is uploaded to yousendit.com. They then send a message to my addressee with
my note and a clickable link to go to the internet and download it. If I
have a lot of small files I select them all and select Send To and choose
Compressed (zipped) folder. This puts them all into one file which makes it
easier to upload for me and to download for my target friend.
