Show Time Outside of Start/End as Busy

Is there a way to show a person trying to schedule a
meeting with you that you're 'busy' outside of the start
and end times set? Or is the only way to do this is to
schedule a reoccuring meeting for all of this time???
 
Correct. Outlook can't show information you haven't provided.
