I would like to be able to print my boss' daily calendar, and show the start
times for some (or all) appointments - those that do not start on the hour,
for example airlines flights. We are using outlook 2007 sp1.

to clarify: we want it to use the daily style, but show the start times for
those appts which do not start on the hour or half-hour.

I tried the calendar printing assistant, but it only seems to work for my
calendar.

You need to select his calendar. Calendar Bar, Add Calendars and tasks,
pick those you have access to.

Okay so now I can see his calendar on the calendar printing assistant. How do
I make it print the start times?

Do I understand you correctly: there's no way this can be done, short of
typing it into the appointment itself?

they won't print in the views with time scales.

correct, if the view includes a time scale, the time won't print. some of
the day and week templates in the CPA do include times, there might be a
suitable template. otherwise, see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for utilties that might
meet your needs better.

Thanks Diane. I have looked through the templates in the CPA, but couldn't
find what I wanted. I will check out the slipstick.com site; maybe they have
something. Otherwise, I'll just have to tell them OL can't do it. :)

Thanks for the help.
