"Show picture" greyed out

In IE6, when I right click on an image, the drop down menu has the
"show picture" option greyed out.

I seem to recall, in previous versions, being able to select an image
and by choosing this show picture option, have a new window open with
just the image displayed.

Has this feature been removed from IE6 or is mine just broken?

The "show picture" option will be grayed out if the image has loaded. If the
image fails to load this option becomes active and if selected will load the
image. AFAIK "show picture" cannot open an image in another window in any
version of IE.

Hmmmm, then it must have been Netscape that used to be able to do that
because that was my first browser. Ok, thanks for clearing that up
for me.
