Show My Buddies' Messenger State in a HTML page

I need to write a script using html, javascript and vbscript to show my
colleagues' messenger state in a web page. Are there any codes that fulfil
the following criteria?

1. Show the state of my colleagues even without logging into Messenger.

2. Show the state of my colleagues even they are not added in my list.
