In the "Print Preview" window is a button near the top that is labeled
"Page Setup...". Press this button
On the Format page there are many options. Here you will find the
"Print From:" time and the "Print To:" time. By default they are set to
your hours of working. Just set them with your desired choice.

Outlook 2007 does not show my after 6pm appointments in print preview.
Only the times are displayed/printed.
