Show meetings in Outlook 2007 without opening appointment

In Outlook 2003, a symbol (2 people in profile) showed up on my
daily/weekly/monthly view when I had an appointment. In Outlook 2007, I can
only tell if I have a meeting if I open the appointment. Any suggestions?
 
use color categories to highlight meetings - they removed many of the icons
to clean up the views as you should be able to id meetings based on the
subject matter.
