show list of running apps

i used to run a little utility called sos that gave a list of running
apps and allowed you to switch to them when ever you did a right click

does any one know where i can get it or a similiar application.

What's wrong with Alt-Tab and Alt-Shift-Tab? Just curious.
 
nothing - i actually use teh keystroke now.
i just found the sos program easier and quiker
 
i used to run a little utility called sos that gave a list of runningIf you use XP, grab the powertoys exteansions form Microsoft - it
enhances the Alt-Tab so you can see a mini m\window of the app before
switching - really handy
