Show emails in listbox?!!

Hello,

My boss asked me to create a routine that will read the emails from various
accounts and then allow a supervisor to route each email to an appropriate
person.

Questions

Is is possible to bring in email from the outlook inbox?

Do I need to have Outlook bring down the email for each account first and
then populate the listbox with emails from the inbox?

Once the supervisor selects the email, how would he forward the email to the
appropriate employee email account?

If anyone has any idea or code that will help me get started, I would
greatly appreciate it?

Have you checked in with the Outlook newsgroup? Maybe somebody there has
some suggestions.
