Any thoughts on why when I right click on a PPT file in my folder that SHOW
does not appear as an option?

Hi

What version of PowerPoint, what OS and what options do you get? Just to
confirm I get 'show' as an option here on XP with 2003 & 2007 installed
(both full versions & viewers). Also on a Vista machine with 2007 installed
(full version & viewer).

I also get it on a Vista miachine with 2003 & 2007, when right-clicking a PPT
file.

You can add / remove the Show setting by going to
Windows Explorer>Tools > Folder options > File Type > > PPT/PPTX>Advanced

To Add choose "NEW"
Action :
= S&how
Appication used :
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\POWERPNT.EXE" /s "%1"
Alter the path/version if it's different

If you look at the S&how settings for a pps file you can copy the
"application used" setting and paste it in to the ppt settings

Hope that makes sense

Nope. Show is already listed when I go into the Advanced tab. So am I to
delete it and then add it back?
