I am using a horizontal bar chart to show the percent of females in the
workforce. The formula total is showing as the data label, but I also need
to show the composition of the formula. for example, there are 7 employees
and 1 of them are female which tells me that 14.3 percent of my workforce are
women. I would like to show (1/7) inside the bar and 14.3 outside of the
bar. I have to reproduce this chart 28 times and there are 12 groups being
analyzed on each chart. Is there a way not to have to put this in manually by
placing a text bar inside of each bar?

If you include the female number as one series, the total number as another,
and the percentage as a third, and plot all 3 on your bar chart, you can get
something pretty close to what you want, particularly if you make the bar
for the percentage series invisible so that all you see is the label.

That's a good idea. So do I stack the three bars so that it looks like one
and still have the 4th bar unmoved?
