Show data only if present

What I would do for the second row data,
I would create two texboxes and name them SecHome and
SeEmail than in the first textbox I would enter;
="Alt Phone"+[Secondary Home Phone]
than in the second textbox enter
="Alt Email"+[Secondary Home Email]
Now set the can shrink property to yes for the textboxes
and the report band.
This should solve the problem

there is info there and not take up space on my report if
