I have Office 2003, and exchange server.
Is there a way of getting the views I have created for a public calendar to
show in a the navigation pane without a heap of messing around (described
below)?
At work we use a public folder (calendar) for our main diary.
I have created custom views (with colours for different categories and
filtering) for the public calendar. I have 'published' these views.
However, when you display the public calendar, you can not see the views I
have created. I can get them to show with a little fiddling around: click on
the little box by the name of the puclic calendar, click on 'events' view,
then click on the calendar and then the views I have created will finally
show.
I have tried the 'only show views created for this folder,' but I still have
to muck about to get those to show.
Is there are easier way of getting the views I have created to show?
My work colleagues are not computer savvy and are really stuggling with
these extra steps.
