show birthdays as reminders on the calendar

In the Contact, put their birthday on the Details page. It then appears as
an Event, every year!!

My birthdays were showing on my calendar, but stopped showing when I loaded
an upgrade (and no, I don't remember which one; it was before Service Pack
2). Is there anyway to fix this easily? I can made a birthday display by
changing the year of the birthday to 2004, but I dion't wish to do this for
all my contact.
 
Just open the calendar fly-out and change it by one day and then change it
back.
