OK. I have a report which is sorted by week ending dates. It works fine but
it only shows the week ending dates that have data in the query. I need it
to show every week ending date and fill the ones with no data with zeros.
Please help.

Reports print what is there, not what isn't there.

If you want it to print weeks with zeroes, you will have to modify your
query or SQL that is record source so that there will be records for those
weeks.

I understand that may require you also change your tables and application
logic. I have, in the past, had to do something similar myself -- so now I
try to address all such issues early in gathering requirements and doing
design so, at least, they don't come up as a surprise when the client sees
the first output of the report!
