Show additional information for appointments in Outlook 2002

Hi



I print each of my appointments in outlook using the standard appointment
print out. I would like to add information to this print out such as some
extra lines on the page and some text headings for some hand written notes
when I am onsite. Is there a way to customize the printout to include this.
I do not need to then update outlook with this information, only print out
forms

If you want to have a custom print-out of forms, you need to design a Word
template and then print the form, via script, using that word template, You
will find several examples on www.slipstick.com or
