I'm going to be giving a presentation by myself and I can't be by the
computer the whole time. Is there anyway to show a complete slide all at once
without having to do a mouse click for each line?

Remove the animation settings from the slide. It may be that the animation is
set on the Master. If so, go to View > Master > Slide Master. Select each
placeholder, right click and select Custom Animations. Set the Effect to "No
effect".

As an alternative to Sonia's suggestion you can also set the Custom
Animation to animate "Automatically" every "x" seconds so there is some sort
of break in between each bulleted point, but you don't have to click a mouse
to get the animation.
