I have found that message on three machines in the shop. The computers
all run Win XP or one of it's variants. The motherboards are all
different although all have a VIA chip set. Is that a clue? Other wise
no real differences in PC's or software. These are all used for basic
office needs and run the ever present MS Office stuff.

What is it and how do I remove it or does it need to be removed?

Thanks loads!!

Hi David Ellis,

What warning?
As the title said "Should not see me" is the warning or message. This is
a really weird one. I tried Google and found a little bit of information
but I figured the folks here would be farther into solutions than some
of the general Windows community.

Thanks!

i have no idea what it may be, but i just thought of something that
might help if you can finagle it to work... process explorer (from
http://www.sysinternals.com) has the ability to identify the process
that owns a window (i assume the warning is coming up in some kind of
window) by dragging a cross-hairs icon from the process explorer menu
bar onto the window in question...

the fact that the warning shows up at shutdown will probably make it
very difficult to make this work, but a process name would probably be
a lot more helpful to you...

Here is a link with a little info on this message. Read all of the
responses for a better understanding. (Only 9 short ones).
