Hi Everyone!!!!
I have a system running windows 2003.
I've installed DNS on it, i have the server pointing to itself as the
preferred DNS server,
I run nslookup to see if it can find itself and the internet. I find that
it's ok.
Then i install IIS 6.0 and put some default web site on the wwwroot folder,
just as an example.
Now i i'm going to install the Active Directory, it will install the first
domain controller.
My Question is, after doing that, should my server be able to answer queries
over the internet,
when someone pings my domain? (suppose my domain was an unexisting domain
until i created it).
I appreciate ur comments
