I understand that 2003 has a business management feature that may serve as a contact manager.
I need to track 20-30 people's calendar on a group calendar. These individual are training others on their appointments. The reports that I need to produce are:
1. Person by person wherabouts of individual as well as as a group.
2. How many days they trained.
3. Then an overall list of each individual and who they trained and the # of days they trained each one.
My questions:
1. How many people can I put on a group calendar and be able to view the details on the calendar, such as what state they are in? Does 2003 offer more than 2002 in that capacity?
2. Should I just do the calendar as one project and then produce a data base for the detail on access or excel?
HELP! Does anyone have any ideas. I have been assigned this without any ideas how to do it. THANK YOU!
Any links to how to set it up would be most appreciated or any good books that you know. I have tried simple Outlook books and my brain doesn't seem to get how to do this.

The Business Contact Manager in Office 2003 is not a group scheduling
program. For group schedules, see
