Should I Upgrade To IE6?

I'm currently using the browser that is standard with a W2K install
which is IE5. Is there any advantage to upgrading to 6? It appears
that a number of people here are having problems with 6. Also, is it
worth updating WMP to the current version? I'm still using 6.4...

IE6 SP1 is much more secure than IE5.
