I have an HP Pavilion with Intel Pentium dual CPU E2180 @2.0 GHZ and 4.5 GB RAM running on Windows 7 (32 bit). I'm using it as an HTPC hooked up to my 47 inch TV. Streaming video quality on HULU and other sites is somewhat choppy. Would installing this: http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-6450-62… improve video quality?
