should I be concerned?

I just noticed that I have IE6sp1 version 6.0.2800.1106 and OE6 version
6.0.2800.1123. Why are there two versions from the same installation? Should
I be concerned for incompatibility reasons?

This is normal. If you visit Windows Update regularly and get all of the
recommended security updates there's no need for concern.
