How would I use two modems and two ISP's to dial-up to the internet with the
intent to try and double or increase my internet connection speed?

You cannot. Not with normal dialup. This is possible with ISDN, but that's
rather old hat these days. Far easier (and quite reasonably priced these
days) to invest in a broadband connection...

thanks all, stuck out here in the sticks trying to figure out how to get
onine faster. Recon i'll save for the satellite system.
