Shotcut icons in quicklaunch bar problem

I have a most aggravating problem with the bubbles of the shotcut
icons in the quicklaunch bar: For no obvious reason, the bubbles are
behind the taskbar and then they can be on top of the bar. Is there a
fix for this...making them stay in front of the taskbar?

No. This is a known bug which seem to happen with specific video cards
only. Restarting Windows may help.
