Hi,
Is there a way to cause a chart sheet to display
an abbreviated x-axis. That is, a set of squigley
lines to indicate that a portion of the axis has
been cut out.
For instance rather than
|--|--|--|--|--|--|--|--|--| --> etc...
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
We'd get
|-//-|--|--|--|--| --> etc...
0 5 6 7 8 9
With the "//" indicating an abbreviation of
the axis.
I've seen this on many charts and graphs, but don't
know if excel can do this without programatically
drawing lines and things over the axis.
Any help would be greatly apprecaited,
