Shortcuts

i don't have a shortcut to my internet explorer. but if i am on msn and i
click on my emails, i can get onto explorer through that i just don't have a
shortcut. i tried to download but in the middle of the download it says that
is cannot be complete because i have a newer version already installed. i
dont know how to get a shortcut to beput on my desktop. please help

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab, and near the end of the
Browsing section, check "Show Internet Explorer on the desktop".
 
Hi,
If using WinXP that option is at
Control Panel> Display> Desktop> Customize> Desktop Icons> put a check by
Internet Explorer.
