Shortcuts Without "Shortcut To"

By default, WinXP adds the caption "Shortcut to" when you create a shortcut.
I recall there's a setting to enable or disable this, as well as to add or
not add the arrow. But I can no longer find the control. Please advise.

The free Microsoft TweakUI will do both of these, and many other useful
things, for you.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp (if you have
SP1 or SP2 installed) or
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
(if you don't have SP1 or SP2).

Right click and rename.
