Shortcuts to other calendars disappears in Outlook 2007

We use Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003 and cached exchange mode.
Lots of users experience that shortcuts to other calendars disappears one
day - and the next day they might reappear. The shortcuts come and go.

We have had this problem since upgrade to Outlook 2007 (we also started
using cached exchange mode at this time)

I'm not sure about the favorite folders. They have not been mentioned as a
problem.

How do we solve the corruption?

Can I give you points or something for this? I know it was posted several years ago, but you just saved me the biggest headache!
