shortcuts to attachment folders

Hi

I send and receive many attached files. I was wondering how to create
shortcuts to the folders that I retrieve or save files from or to. The
folders that I need to get to are in various locations and are within many
layers of folders.

If you mean you are saving attachments to a location o/s outlook there are
many attachment tools

right click on the folder, select Send to / Desktop Create Shortcut, then in
outlook when you are in the attach window, click on the Desktop favorite on
the left.
