Shortcuts on Send To menu?

Can I get shortcuts on my Send To menu, where certain characters are
underlined and I can use a keystroke to get them? Alt-F, Alt-N gets me the
menu, but then to be really useful I need a key stroke to bring up the
application. As a surrogate I've just put the one I use most at the top of
the list.
