I have found a location that lists items in the start menu
but it only lists the items that are in folders. Any
shortcuts that are on the start menu are not listed.
Where in the registry can I go to manipulate the shortcuts
on the start menu that are not in a folder?
What I mean is if I have the shortcut to Microsoft Word on
the start menu I cannot see it in the registry but if I
make a new folder on the start menu and put the shortcut
in it I can. Where does it list the shortcuts?
Here is the reg key I found:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
\Explorer\MenuOrder\StartMenu\
Thanks for your help.
