shortcuts disabled?

ever since downloading and installing SP2 i have had my
shortcuts disabled. i cannot use control + enter in IE to
add the www. and .com to a web term nor can i use the
control alt delete to access my managers. how can i
restore these features

Using Regedit, browse to the following registry key and make sure the noted
setting is correct:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete]
"Append Completion"="yes"

also see the following values:

"Use AutoComplete"="yes"
"AutoSuggest"="no"
