I am trying to make a shortcut to Microsoft picture and
fax viewer. I am un able to locate it. You help in this
matter is appriciated.
 
How will that help you.

rundll32.exe %SystemRoot%\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen filename.bmp
 
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer opens if a file that it recognises is
opened.. there is no facility to start the applet and then load your own
pictures in.. your quest is pointless..
