Shortcut with options

I am trying to play star wars galaxies on my own server. I downloaded
what I need to do so and it comes with a read me file telling me I
need to create a shortcut with this option. how do I do this?
P.S. here is what the read me says


Installation Instructions


To run the OpenSWG Emulator you will need to copy all data_*.tre and
patch_*.tre files from a current Star Wars Galaxies installation
into the client directory.

You can obtain the current files by downloading and installing the
trial avialable at http://www.starwarsgalaxies.com/.

Next you need to create a shortcut to OpenSWG.exe with the following
option:

-- -s Station subscriptionFeatures=1 gameFeatures=255

1. Right-click on the OpenSWG.exe and click on "Create Shortcut" menu
item. This will create a "Shortcut to OpenSWG.exe" icon.

2. Now Right click on "Shortcut to OpenSWG.exe" icon and click on
"Properties" menu item.
3. In the "target" box, enter "-- -s Station subscriptionFeatures=1
gameFeatures=255" after the fullpath to OpenSWG (already present in
the box). Make sure you give atleast a single space after the fullpath
before adding the option.
4. Copy "Shortcut to OpenSWG.exe" icon anywhere (e.g. Desktop) and
double-click to launch the application with the specified options.
