How can I get a Microsoft Office Shortcut Bare to appear
in the Title Bar area, like I have done with Win 95, 98,
2000? I was trying to avoid putting icons for all the
applications in the Quick Launch area of the Task Bar.

If you are using Office XP Pro., you can find the shortcut bar launcher in
the Office 10 folder. Other versions may be different.
