It would be very nice to be able to get to the search
companion someway other than going to the start button,
and from reading articles on logitech's website it is
apparently possible. Though their method for doing so does
not work for me. I have a search button on my cordless
elite logitech keyboard, and would like it to bring up the
search companion. In order for this to be accomplished I
need a shortcut, or program file for the search companion
to point to. Logitech says I should be able to drag and
drop a shortcut from the start button, but this doesn't
work. I have drag and drop enabled for my start button,
and still no luck. I have searched my harddrive for the
program file for search companion, but have been unable to
find it anywhere. Does Anyone have any suggestions?

If Logitech makes good software then you can simply select this from a
list in the Control Panel > Keyboard as you can when using a Microsoft
Keyboard with the IntelliType software.
