You can create the shortcut to the Form by simply click
and hold the required Form icon and drag it from your
Database Containers window to your desktop.
However, the Form does NOT exist by itself. It is run in
the context of your database application so Access will be
opened, your database loaded into Access and then your
Form is loaded.
You can hide the Database Containers window by specifying
the proper Start-up option. You can even hide the Access
Application window but this has some complications so most
developers don't hide the Access application window.
