Shortcut to Explore All Users??

How can I put a short cut to Explore All Users on my desktop or quick launch
tray? Now I get to it from Start/Explore All Users. Thank you very much
for any help.

Right click on the All Users folder, go to "Send To", and select "Desktop
(Create Shortcut)".
 
icons on desktop drag/drop to area next to start button.
pin on start menu... right-click desired item and 'pin'
