Shortcut to Contacts in QuickLaunch area

I've got Outlook (2002) set to open into "Outlook Today."
But I'd also like a shortcut in my QuickLaunch area direct
to Contacts (like you can have a shortcut direct to an
Access table). Is there a way to do what I want?
 
Create a shortcut to Outlook.exe and place outlook:contacts behind it
