Shortcut (Right-click) menu problem

Recently, a website I visited added an option to my
shortcut menu in IE6.0, and nothing anywhere knows how to
remove this items. any ideas out there?

You can reach me at (e-mail address removed), just
don't send the e'mail wet, dry it out first.
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
