SHORTCUT MENU?!

When i right click on internet explorer theres a menu
with a link to a site i dont want on my shortcut menu i
want to know how to get it off ANYBODY KNOW HOW?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
