shortcut key assignments

How can I get a list of all of the "custom" assigned
shortcut keystrokes on WinXP. I'm talking about
assignments such as Ctrl + Alt + I starting the Internet
Explorer. I know I can see one at a time if I right
click on the program and go into properties; but this
seems the long way around. Ideas?
