Shortcut for toggling comment preface.

Outlook can automatically put comment preface such as [my name]. This
is sometimes useful and sometimes annoying. I asked some of my
colleges about this feature, and they agreed with me. Like I, they all
have this feature disabled because it is sometimes annoying.

Is there any keyboard shortcut to enable/disable this feature easily?
Then finally this feature will be useful for us. Thanks!
