Shortcut for "save destination as". IE6

I am looking for at shortcut to use instead of: Right click and choose Save
Destination As.

Something like "shift+click" that does: Right click and Open in New Window"

Don't think this is possible... Hot Keys are inbuilt to IE. The web page
programmers would have to write a java script to handle a custom hot key for
you.
