shortcut deletion

I have a shortcut which is from an installed porn link in internet explorerand I cannot get rid of it. I tried to right mouse click delete to recycle bin and it moves it but when i try to remove my trash it reappers the same thing happens with add /remove programs. I am stuck!!!

Update your virus signatures and do a full system scan. Download the
following free programs, then download the latest updates for them. Run
both.
