short date format

if BG language pack installed -> can't run software.
Change SHORT DATE FORMAT ?
 
Very interesting. Can you post a URL or source for the language pack--this
isn't something I am familiar with.

In general--the date formats must be kept at the default, which I take to be
the first choice on the drop-down control.

This will be fixed in beta2, but for now, that's just how it works (or
doesn't!)
