I want to set up a shortcut that will pass a command to
access to run a function.
I can get the function to run whenever the access program
starts but I dont want that. I want the shortcut to
pass /cmd "Gino" to be checked for by the function for it
to then run.
Problems:
1. I cant figure out how to get the /cmd "Gino" to be
accepted by the short cut. It just wont let me put it in
anywhere. Where does it go I need detailed help here.
2. The functions purpose is export a report specific
to "Gino". However for that to happen access has to open
up on the screen, export the file and then close. This
looks ugly. Can I make Access run in the back ground? Or
at least appear minimized?
Thanks
